At Kanka Creative, we take pride in our handmade products and hope that you love them as much as we do. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.

  • We only accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging, if applicable.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • You must provide an unboxing video to verify the condition of the item upon receipt.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Provide details and photos of the defective or incorrect item, along with the unboxing video.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for missing items during shipping. Please ensure that your return shipment is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
